Our story
20 years ago, we met. Neither of us can agree on the exact circumstances, time or location of this meeting, but we’re certain it was in 2006. 18 years ago we decided it might be nice to be a couple.
20 years, 2 cats, 5 flats, 2 houses, 21 countries, 2 transatlantic moves, 9 whisky weekends and 1 pandemic later, we have decided to listen to our mortgage adviser and sign ourselves up for a civil partnership.
The party
Monday, 9th November
Please arrive from 7.30pm at The Whippet Inn (15 North Street, York, YO1 6JD) for drinks, snacks and celebration.
Dress code
Please wear something that makes you feel good, comfortable and ready to celebrate.
It’ll be November, so feel free to be as colourful as you’d like.
